Abhay is a litigation lawyer with remarkable experience in civil, intellectual property, banking & finance, criminal, commercial and constitutional matters. He has advised clients on a range of contentious issues covering medico legal cases, consumer issues, real estate dealings, banking & regulatory bodies’ issues, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, transfer of properties, PMLA and contractual issues and also criminal laws. He has specialized litigation experience concerning insolvency and bankruptcy laws, Recovery Laws, medico legal cases, arbitration matters and criminal laws including PMLA (laws connected with financial frauds etc.).
He has also advised pharmaceutical companies as well as multinationals across various industrials sectors. Abhay also has experience with commercial arbitration and has also been involved with arbitration proceedings in India. His practice is currently limited to Indian law exclusively before High Court of Allahabad at Lucknow, State Commission and National Commission for consumer grievance redressal, NCLT, DRT, DRAT, RERA etc.
Previous work
Abhay has an experience to work with a leading Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India. He led high profile litigation matters in Supreme Court and various High Courts and appellate tribunals throughout India both on the original and appellate side. Apart from it, Abhay has extensive working experience with India’s 1st Development Financial Institution (DFI) set up in 1948 as The Industrial Finance Corporation of India as its Asst. General Manager (Law). He has also served as Law Officer of Punjab National Bank.

Abhay has been a good researcher and has written research seminars on various issues involving legal intricacies in the field of intellectual property while comparing the effect of the Indian laws with their corresponding legal provisions of United States and European Union. He has been a participant at variety of International and National Seminars on Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate Laws.
He has also participated in national conferences on child and on the issue of Global Warming, speaking on various aspects of Indian law and jurisdiction.
